Who Makes My Order?

Our Mythical Unicorns hand make all of our Harnesses, Tops, Skirts, and Unicorn Horns in the UK. They also hand mix our Biodegradable glitters!

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! We have an enquiry form specifically for custom orders, or you can make amendments in size as well as determine placement of colours of your sequins for our custom harnesses by leaving a comment in the order notes.

Do you ship internationally?

We want to spread our sparkle far and wide so yes, international shipping is available at the checkout. Please note that custom charges are the buyers responsibility.

How long will my order take?

Our Unicorns work hard to get orders created and posted as quickly as possible, but we ask for around 20 days to create and process. Certain products could be a little longer depending on stock so if you have a certain date in mind, pop us an email before ordering to check we can have it ready in time for you! During busy periods such as festival season and Christmas, delivery times may take a little longer.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, because we are an independent brand, we cannot afford to give refunds on our handmade items without valid reason. If there is an unforgivable error with your order, we will endeavour to find a solution but general returns are not available.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are sent first class, signed for. This way we can provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us due to error in address, then considering the mistake is not on our part, the cost of re-delivery is the buyers responsibility.
